Getting ready for activities

The children have been amazing at adapting to new routines and becoming independent individuals. They have faced a new challenge... making their own sandwiches. There were many obstacles to overcome... spreading butter, choosing the filling and then the dreaded cutting of the sandwich! There were many shapes of sandwich by the end of the task and certainly lots of interesting filling choices.

We had a battle of the sandwiches.... which shaped sandwich is better square or triangle?
